The April Spend Threshold Offer (“Promotion”) is a limited time promotion that offers All Preferred Customers (“PCs”), Brand Consultants or Retail Customers who meet a minimum spend threshold of $199 (pretax and shipping in the U.S. and Canada and inclusive of tax but without shipping in Australia) will receive a choice of select free full-size product on their purchase: They will get the opportunity to choose one full-size product between Rodan + Fields Active Hydration Body Replenish and R+F Multi-Acid Enzyme Peel™ products (“Gift”). Spend threshold is measured in local currency. No promotional code is required. Choose your free full-size product at the bag before the checkout or on your cart management page. This promotion can be combined with discount promotions.

This Promotion is valid in the U.S., Canada (excluding Quebec for Independent Consultants) and Australia. In the U.S. and Canada, the Promotional Period begins April 1, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. PT and ends April 20, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT or while supplies last.

In Australia, the Promotional Period begins at 3:01 p.m. AWST on 1 April, 2025 and ends at 2:59 p.m. AWST on 21 April, 2025 or while supplies last.

New customer orders must occur during the Promotional Period to be eligible for the 25% discount.

This Promotion is available for guest users that are placing their first orders, retail customers’ enrollment orders and PC enrollment orders. The Promotion is open to all legal residents of the United States and its territories, including the District of Columbia, Guam and Puerto Rico, Canada, and Australia. All Information collected in this Promotion will be administered by R+F in accordance with its Privacy Policy, located at https://www.rodanandfields.ca/privacy-policy. A participant has the right to withdraw from the Promotion at any time by exercising their right not to use the discount code and by opting out of email communications by following the instructions contained in the emails or by emailing support@talkable.com. Further, customers who subscribe to PC Perks may opt out of their subscription anytime, as detailed in the PC Perks Terms & Conditions. We do not assign a monetary value to the data that we collect in connection with this Promotional Program. However, we believe in good faith that the value of any Promotion we offer is reasonably related to the value of any personal information you provide to us. The method for calculating the value would include the value of anticipated revenue from the Promotion; costs associated with facilitating and managing the Promotion; expenses incurred in the storage, retention and use of the information; and all other costs reasonably related to the Promotion.
