When starting a new, potent skincare routine, use once every other day for the first week or two and increase to twice daily as tolerated, avoiding the eye area.

Yes, as with any chemical exfoliant product, you may experience a slight tingling sensation when using R+F Multi-Acid Enzyme Peel™. This sensation should subside in a few seconds. If tingling persists longer than a few seconds or becomes intense, rinse it off and consult your doctor if irritation persists. However, please note that R+F Multi-Acid Enzyme Peel™ is not recommended for sensitive skin. If skin becomes irritated, stop using R+F Multi-Acid Enzyme Peel™ for a few days until the skin recovers. • Apply a small amount of the R+F Peel on the jawline or neck.
• Repeat this process three times a day in the same area as originally applied, for three days.

You may re-introduce R+F Peel into your routine with once a week for the first week, twice a week for the second week and then ramping up to 3X a week as tolerated. The following steps can help prevent over exfoliation:
• Ramp up usage to get skin acclimated: 1X for the first week, 2X for the second week and then ramping up to 3X a week as tolerated.
• Limit use with other products that contain chemical or physical exfoliants, until skin has acclimated.
• Do not use exfoliant products on the same day, immediately after each other.
• Use exfoliating products on alternate days.
• Reduce the exfoliation of physical exfoliants by adding water and massaging gently using fingertips on wet skin.
• It’s crucial to apply a broad-spectrum SPF every morning, re-apply when out every 2 hours, and after swimming and exercise and seek shade to avoid sun sensitivity.
