How do I choose between Redefine Triple Defense Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 30 and Redefine Triple Defense Lotion Broad Spectrum SPF 30?
One is a medium-weight cream, while the other is a light-weight lotion. Each nourish your skin, improving the appearance of lines + deep wrinkles while providing the same level of protection against harmful UVA + UVB rays. Both are non-comedogenic + will not clog pores. Choose either our cream or lotion based on personal preference + skin type with knowledge + confidence that both deliver the same great results. While both are suitable for all skin types, our cream is best for normal to dry skin + our lotion is best for combination to oily skin.

Is there a suggested ramp-up usage schedule when first introducing the R+F PAIRED Regimen for Discolouration + Wrinkles into my routine?
To ramp up we suggest using the Reverse Deep Exfoliating Cleanser, Reverse Intensive Brightening Toner, and Reverse Tone Correcting Treatment once every other day for the first week. Increase to twice daily as tolerated. Use a gentle cleanser, toner, and moisturizer when not using the Regimen. If needed, you can also ramp up the AMP MD System, follow these steps at least three nights per week, ramping up to every night as tolerated:
• After cleansing and toning Use the AMP MD Derma-Roller. Divide face into sections (forehead, right side, left side, chin, nose, neck) + with moderate, comfortable pressure, roll the AMP MD Derma-Roller over each section 4-10 times, changing directions with each pass: vertically, horizontally, in a diagonal from upper left to lower right + in a diagonal from upper right to lower left. Always follow direction and read directions before use.
• Apply the contents of one REDEFINE Intensive Renewing Serum capsule to your entire face + neck.
• Follow with the REVERSE Tone Correcting Treatment

We recommend that you use mild cleansers, moisturizers and sunscreens as you ramp up to using the R+F PAIRED Regimen for Discolouration + Wrinkles twice a day. The Soothe Regimen is a good option. Avoid other products outside of the Regimen that containing Retinols, Alpha-hydroxy Acids such as Glycolic, or any scrubs and mechanical brushes, as these can result in irritation.
